We want you to love your experience with us, so if something isn't perfect, we are fully committed to making it right. Please review our policies below for malfunctioning packaging or formula adjustments.

Packaging Issues & Defects

We want your products to arrive in perfect, working condition. If you experience an issue due to a packaging malfunction (such as a broken pump, cracked bottle, or faulty seal):

 Our Promise: We will replace the product completely free of charge.

 The Process: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you return the original, malfunctioning product to us, we will promptly ship out your free replacement.

Everyone’s body, skin, and preferences are wonderfully unique. If you find that the benefits of your product are not quite to your liking, please don't lose heart!
